2024 Offering Goal: $80,000

Offering Total: $85,164.65

1. Country Life Institute RD

Our endeavor is a pragmatic one aimed at significantly bolstering our health and wellness services to provide an enhanced experience for our esteemed guests. The augmentation of our Lifestyle Center will not only extend our offerings but will also propel us toward a substantial monthly revenue increase of over 50%. This surge in revenue is a step toward our goal of achieving financial autonomy, which in turn aids in our broader mission of fostering a sustainable and health-oriented community. These funds will allow us to purchase solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, wiring equipment and installation.

Beacon Academy

Beacon Academy makes every effort to maintain a beautiful, welcoming, safe haven for those who come to our campus. The funds collected will be used towards much needed facility/grounds improvements. We are in the process of adding new classrooms and updating a building. The process has taken longer and been more costly than initially estimated. We need a school sign that can be visible from the road. In addition, we will be completing the concrete on the existing partially poured driveway. These funds will help us reach our goal.

3. Elijah Radio

ASI Southern Union funds will help with the construction of a new noncommercial FM radio station southeast of Warner Robins, GA. It will be 8.5 kW and the coverage area includes 363,000 people. The project is in progress–we have signed a contract with a tower owner, and we are waiting for an FAA study to be completed. Once we have that approval (probably by April), we will order equipment and schedule tower climbers. We anticipate being on the air before the end of 2024.
